Key ingredients

Here are the 4 simple ingredients you will need to make these peach popsicles!

Yummy peach orange ingredients on the plate.

Alternative Ingredients & other fun ideas

Change up your popsicles with these additions to your recipe...

  • Almond extract: Add ¼ teaspoon of almond extract to the peach puree for a lovely flavor pop!
  • Freezies: Make the popsicle puree into freezies with ice pop pouches.
  • Add protein: Add your favourite protein powder or collagen to the fruit puree!

Step-by-step Photos to Make Peach Mango Popsicles

Follow these step-by-step photos from my kitchen to make your own summer fruit popsicles!

Mango chunks into a blender container.

Step 1: Defrost frozen mango and frozen peaches if using frozen fruit.

Place the soft mangoes in the blender container and blend until completely smooth.

Silicone popsicles mold being filled with mango puree.

Step 2: Place 2-3 large tablespoons of mango in your popsicle molds (I make 7 popsicles that hold ⅓ cup liquid each for this recipe).

Peaches in a blender container with honey.

Step 3: Now blend the peaches, honey, and lemon juice in the blender (no need to wash it first).

Step 4: Cover the mango puree with the peach puree.

Step 4: Place the tops or the cover on the popsicles and add the popsicle sticks.

Step 5: Freeze for 8-12 hours until they are frozen solid. Enjoy!

Danika's Tips from recipe testing

  • Place the mango puree on the bottom of the popsicle mold because it is a thicker fruit puree, making a cool-looking layered effect.
  • Wait at least 8 hours until they are frozen before eating.
  • Don't push the popsicle stick too far in; it's nice to have more stick to hold when eating them!
  • After the popsicles are frozen, take them out of the popsicle mold and store them in a container or plastic bag in the freezer to easily grab and go!

How to get popsicles out easily

Sometimes popsicles can get really stuck! With the silicone molds I use, it is much easier...but if you find your popsicles getting stuck, here's what I recommend:

  • Let the popsicles sit on the counter for 5 minutes before removing them from mold
  • Run the bottom of the popsicles (still in the mold) under hot water for 1 minute, then pull them out!

What if I don't have a popsicle mold?!

If you don't have a mold, you can put the fruit puree into small cups (those small paper dixie cups work well), cover the cup with tin foil, and poke a popsicle stick in and freeze!

Equipment

  • 1 blender
  • 1 popsicle mold

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mangoes frozen or fresh
  • 2 cups peaches frozen or fresh
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • If using frozen fruit: Thaw the fruit for a couple hours on the counter. Or to make this recipe right away, place the peaches and mango in separate strainers in the sink and pour a kettle of boiling water on top. Let the fruit sit and soften a few more minutes.
  • If you have a high-powered blender, pouring water to defrost fruit works well as the fruit may still be a little frozen in the middle; if not, you will want to wait until the fruit is quite soft.
  • Place the mango in a blender container. Start on low speed and increase to high speed. Blend until the mango is completely smooth. Place about 2-3 tablespoons of the mango in each popsicle mold until the mango is used up.
  • Now, in the empty blender container (without washing it), add the peaches, honey, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. Pour this peach puree on top of the mango puree.
Place the lid and popsicle stick on the popsicle mold and place them in the freezer for 8 hours or overnight until they are completely frozen.

Notes

Scroll up to see step-by-step photos from my kitchen.
If you do not have a popsicle mold to use, I have alternative recommendations in the blog post above.
My popsicle mold holds ⅓ cup puree. With this recipe, I can make 7 popsicles.
Measuring frozen fruit: When measuring frozen fruit, there are often air pockets between the big pieces of fruit, so I often increase the frozen fruit to 2.5 cups of peaches and 2.5 cups of mangoes.
If you love peaches, try my frozen peach smoothie!

If I don’t have a blender, could I use a food processor? These look delicious! We love the Nestle Parlour Juicy Pop Peach Mango but I’d like to make a home-made version and these look perfect!

Hi Sunny, a food processor works great too! You can use an immersion blender too if the fruit is not frozen, and honestly any fruit chunks give the popsicles flavor!
