Frozen Apple Smoothie
This easy delicious smoothie is made with frozen apples. It tastes like creamy apple pie drizzled with almond butter!

Servings: 2 medium smoothies
Optional Nutritional Boost:
Place the milk, dates, almond butter, cinnamon,(and hemp hearts if using) in the bottom of the blender. Add the frozen apples on top.
Secure the lid. Start the blender on low speed and increase to high speed. Blend until the apples are completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
Pour the apple cinnamon smoothie into 2 medium glasses and enjoy!
Using fresh apples: You can make this smoothie with fresh apples, it will be thinner but you can add ½ cup of ice cubes to make it cold.
Milk: I like to use almond milk but any milk is fine to use!
Nut free: To make this nut free use a seed butter, like pumpkin seed butter.
