Okay yep, I get it. There's *maybe* 30 minutes (give or take) this week to prep a snack, so it needs to be enough for a couple of days. It's gotta be healthy, providing energy for a busy week - andddd the kids have to like it. *Bonus points* for the hidden veggies! These snacks need to be packable for on-the-go adventures (hiking, biking, camping, lake days, road trips), while nutrient-dense and high in protein to power us. Ahh and pleassse not tooo much sugar (I prefer honey and maple syrup). Oh and don't go too crazy with healthy ingredients I can't find or afford, k thanks.
