Healthy High Protein Snack Recipes

Are you trying to eat more protein? Here are some nutrient-dense homemade snacks for you that are high in protein. Most of these recipes are high in protein without using protein powder, but instead things like eggs, hemp hearts, cottage cheese, pumpkin seeds, nuts, nut butter, and whole grains.

I have included anything that has more than 5 grams of protein per serving in this category. The reader's favorites include chocolate sea salt copycat RX bars, and raspberry energy balls which are great to grab and eat on the go. I would start by making the soft and chewy banana oat protein bars, I would prep this chocolate chip protein muffin recipe for the week, and then I would make almond butter protein bars with chocolate on top, and it will be a toss-up if I actually end up sharing them because they are so delicious!
