No Bake

I love a delicious no bake snack! They are usually so quick to make and you can eat them right away. These are recipes I've designed to be nutrient dense - I like to use whole food ingredients to support my family's health.

These are the perfect treats to make when you don't want to turn on the oven in the summer, or you are batch prepping snacks and you already have something in the oven!
