Why you'll love these popsicles
- The texture, it's not icy - it's thick and melts in your mouth.
- Made with real fruit - you can make them with fresh or frozen fruit.
- It's a no-sugar summer treat that everyone raves about.
Key ingredients
Here are the 4 simple ingredients that you will need to make these popsicles!
Quick nutrition insight from Danika
Mangoes are great in increasing circulation, helping with digestive problems and easing inflammation. They have a very high vitamin C content and are a great source of vitamin E, potassium, iron, fiber, and calcium.
Peaches can be easily digested, they help with elimination, and support digestion. Peaches are a great source of vitamin C, vitamin A, and fiber.
Step by step instructions
Follow these step-by-step photos from my kitchen to make your own summer fruit popsicles!
See instructions below in the recipe card on how to defrost fruit for these pospicle.
Place the soft mangoes in the blender container and blend until completely smooth.
Place 2-3 large tablespoons of mango in your popsicles molds (I make 7 popsicles that hold ⅓ cup liquid each for this recipe).
Now blend peaches, honey, and lemon juice in the blender (no need to wash it first).
Cover the mango puree with the peach puree.
Place the tops or the cover on the popsicles and add the popsicle sticks.
Freeze for 8-12 hours until they are frozen solid. Enjoy!
My favorite popsicle molds
These are the two molds use again and again in the summer. The flat popsicle mold looks more like an ice cream bar and is great it you want to place pretty fruit on the side before filling it!
Tips from my recipe testing
- Place the mango puree on the bottom of the popsicle mold because it is a thicker fruit puree making a cool looking layered affect.
- Wait at least 8 hours until they are frozen before eating.
- Don't push the popsicle stick too far in, it's nice to have a more to hold on too when eating them!
- After they are frozen take them out of the popsicle mold and store them in a container or plastic bag in the freezer to easily grab and go!
Swaps and other fun ideas
Change it up with these things to add to your recipe...
- Almond extract: Add ¼ teaspoon to the peach puree for that lovely flavor pop!
- Make them into freezies with these ice pop pouches.
- Add protein: Add your favourite protein powder to the fruit puree!
- Layer them: To get a cool look place only half of the mango puree and peach puree in the popsicle mold, then freeze. Once they are pretty firm layer with more mango and peach for a stripe yellow-orange affect.
How to get popsicles out easily
Sometimes popsicles can get really stuck! With the siclione molds I use it is so much easier...but if you find yours getting stuck here's what I recommend:
- let the popsicles sit on the counter for 5 minutes.
- run the popsicles under hot water for 1-2 minutes then pull them out!
What if I don't have a popsicle mold?!
If you don't have a mold, you can put the fruit puree into small cups (or those small paper dixie cups) cover the cup with tin foil and poke a popsicle stick in and freeze!

Peach Mango Popsicles
Equipment
- 1 blender
Ingredients
- 2 cups mangoes frozen or fresh
- 2 cups peaches frozen or fresh
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- If using frozen fruit: Thaw it for a couple hours. OR to make this recipe right away, place the fruit (separately) in a strainer in the sink and pour a kettle of boiling water on top. Let the fruit sit and soften a few more minutes. If you have a high power blender this method works well, if not you will want to wait until the fruit is quite soft.
- Step 1: Place the mango in a blender container. Start on low speed and increase to high speed. Blend until the mango is completely smooth. Place about 2-3 big tablespoons of the mango in each popsicle mold until the mango is used up.
- Step 2: Now in the empty blender container (without washing it) add the peaches, honey, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. Pour on top of the mango puree. Place the lid and popsicle stick on and place in the freezer for 8 hours or overnight until they are completely frozen.

If I don’t have a blender, could I use a food processor? These look delicious! We love the Nestle Parlour Juicy Pop Peach Mango but I’d like to make a home-made version and these look perfect!

Hi Sunny, a food processor works great too! You can use an immersion blender too if the fruit is not frozen, and honestly any fruit chunks give the popsicles flavor!
