Wholesome Snacks Made Simple

Easy, high-protein recipes with what's already in your cupboard
At Beside the Mountain, I get it. You need snacks that are fast, made with real ingredients, and — most importantly — ones you feel good about handing to your kids.

Tired of hangry kids or sugary crashes? Us too. That’s why I'm sharing our favorite high-protein snack recipes — wholesome, satisfying, no weird stuff — and no hours in the kitchen (or mile-long grocery lists) required.

Protein Snacks

These are snacks with 5 grams of protein or (usually) more per serving. I would start with these yummy no-bake cookie dough bars, egg bites, and these chewy oat banana protein bars!
