Dairy Free

Trying to avoid dairy? Maybe you are dairy free, or lactose free? These are recipes I've created in the periods of my life where I could not tolerate dairy.

I know these delicious snacks won't make you feel like you are missing out on anything, but truly experiencing food you love! My favorite are pumpkin seed cookies, peach oatmeal muffins, and this thick strawberry smoothie.
