Dairy Free Snack Recipes

Trying to avoid dairy? Maybe you are dairy-free or lactose-free? These are recipes I've created in the periods of my life where I could not tolerate dairy.

I know these delicious snacks won't make you feel like you are missing out on anything, but truly experiencing food you love! My favorite are the soft and chewy pumpkin seed cookies, peach oatmeal muffins, which I love to prep and put in the freezer, and this thick strawberry smoothie that feels like you are drinking a milkshake!
