Nut Free

These are perfect school lunch snacks when you cannot bring peanuts or other common nuts many people are allergic to!

I am allergic to peanuts myself, so my recipes are all peanut free, however, I do use a lot of other nuts as they are so high in protein. I've created this section so you can find the best nut free snacks to make.

Some of the best nut free energy balls are these carrot cake bites. I've also been so obsessed with these granola bars that taste nutty but contain no nuts. And I have to recommend these breakfast cookies as they are super popular with this community that makes my recipes!
