Healthy Nut Free Snacks

These are perfect school lunch snacks when you cannot bring peanuts or other common nuts that many people are allergic to! I am allergic to peanuts myself, so my recipes are all peanut-free; however, I do use a lot of other nuts as they are so high in protein. I've created this section so you can find the best nut-free snacks to make.

My go-to nut-free energy balls is this carrot cake bites recipe. I've also been so obsessed with these pumpkin seed bars that taste nutty but contain no nuts. And I have to recommend these healthy oatmeal breakfast cookies as they are super popular with this community! For the kids' favourite, monster cookies without peanut butter, delicious comfort food cookies!
