Peach Mango Popsicles
Real fruit popsicles with incredible texture from juicy peaches and mango! A perfect healthy summer treat to cool down!
Prep Time15 minutes mins
Freeze Time8 hours hrs
Total Time8 hours hrs 15 minutes mins
Servings: 7 popsicles
- 2 cups mangoes frozen or fresh
- 2 cups peaches frozen or fresh
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
If using frozen fruit: Thaw it for a couple hours. OR to make this recipe right away, place the fruit (separately) in a strainer in the sink and pour a kettle of boiling water on top. Let the fruit sit and soften a few more minutes. If you have a high power blender this method works well, if not you will want to wait until the fruit is quite soft.
Step 1: Place the mango in a blender container. Start on low speed and increase to high speed. Blend until the mango is completely smooth. Place about 2-3 big tablespoons of the mango in each popsicle mold until the mango is used up.
Step 2: Now in the empty blender container (without washing it) add the peaches, honey, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. Pour on top of the mango puree. Place the lid and popsicle stick on and place in the freezer for 8 hours or overnight until they are completely frozen.

If you do not have a popsicle mold to use I have place recommendations above in the blog post of alternative methods.
My popsicle mold holds ⅓ cup puree, with this recipe I can make 7 popsicles.
Measuring frozen fruit: When measuring frozen fruit there are often air pockets between the big pieces of fruit so I will use 2.5 cups peaches, and 2.5 cups mangos.
