Delicious and refreshing healthy slushie made of mango and coconut water! Using a raw honey and adding some sea salt makes this a great replenishing drink of electrolytes.
Put the coconut water, frozen mango, melted honey, mint, and sea salt into the blender. Blend until smooth. If you are using a high-power blender, this will be about 45 seconds to 1 minute. If you don’t have a high-power blender, you may need to stop and stir a couple of times. Pour into 1-2 glasses and drink with a straw!

Electrolytle powder: If you want to add electrolyte powder, skip the salt and add your LMNT or favorite powder instead!
