Pineapple Celery Smoothie
Here's the full recipe to make the best pineapple celery smoothie! This makes a sweet tangy green smoothie. It is refreshing and full of antioxidants and immune-boosting properties.

Servings: 2 medium smoothies
- 1-3 stalks celery
- 1 apple chopped
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ cup fresh mint (a small handful)
- 1 cup water or coconut water
- 2 cups frozen pineapple
optional nutritional boost:
Place 1 celery stalk, a chopped apple, spinach, lemon juice, and mint in the blender. Then add 1 cup of water or coconut water, and chia seeds if using. Place the pineapple on top. (Scroll up to top tips to see why we layer the blender like this)
Blend until completely smooth. Taste and add 1-2 more stalks of celery as desired. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
Any leftover smoothie can be stored in a mason jar or any airtight container in the fridge and consumed within the next 24 hours.
- Protein Boost: Add 1 tablespoon of protein powder or 1 tablespoon of hemp hearts.
- Energy Boost: Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- Anti-Inflammatory: Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric as this has incredible anti-inflammatory properties.
- Sweeter Please!: Add 1-2 tablespoons of honey depending on your desired sweetness.
