Protein balls that are super easy to stir together and contain 7 grams of protein per ball without protein powder. I love eating these nutty bites for a high-energy snack.
In a mixing bowl, place the chia seeds, water, vanilla, maple syrup, and almond butter. Stir until well mixed. Then add the almond flour, quick oats, and hemp hearts.
Use a tablespoon measuring spoon to scoop a generous amount and roll into balls. Store the energy balls in the fridge and eat within two weeks, or keep them in the freezer and enjoy within six months.

For energy balls with 14 grams of protein, roll into larger balls or eat two!
